Vogue Writer and Author of Gilding Lily Tatiana Boncompagni Comes to Urban Chic

12 Dec

Tatiana Boncompagni, author of the much anticipated fictional novel, Gilding Lily, a novel about the cut throat world of New York socialites will be in town this weekend promoting her book. Washingtonians will get a change to get some tips on how to get in the spotlight and stay there Tatiana. The gorgeous brunette’s new book is juicy and chock full of tawdry gossip and catfights. Tatiana has written for Vogue, New York Times and the Financial Times, just to name a few.

Come dressed in to impressed like the socialite that you are to Urban Chic in Bethesda (7126 Bethesda Lane, Bethesda Row) with a copy of Tatiana’s new book. Sip on champagne and enjoy some bubbly as you mix and mingle with the uber stylish Washingtonian crew.

The party starts at 6:30 p.m and goes until 8:30 p.m. Sure Anna Wintour says to be a socialite you shouldn’t go to events that starts before 7 p.m. but there are always exceptions. Be the perfect socialite by having your assistant RSVP for you at dcrsvp@thepattongroupinc.com because the first rule of thumb is that if your name is not on the list, you are nothing.

Thanks for posting! Also, just as an fyi, there will be copies of the book on sale at the event. There will also be events staging throughout the Row all evening (from a 50% off Half & Haute Happy Hour at Ginger from 3-8 to free makeup touchups at Aveda).
